1. About us
BrewShop is operated in Australia. By placing an order through our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
2. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay.
3. Pricing and availability
We make every effort to display accurate pricing and availability. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch and offer you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
4. Shipping

5. Returns and warranty
You may return your product within 30 days for a full refund. Every product comes with the manufacturer's warranty. See our Returns Policy for details. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
