Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide, including metro, regional and remote areas. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

Delivery times

Standard delivery: 8–12 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the next business day.

• Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 8–10 business days
• Regional Australia: 10–12 business days
• Remote areas (NT, remote WA, TAS): up to 12 business days

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend, no surcharges.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order any time using our track order page.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the timeframes above, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather events or public holidays. If your order takes longer than 14 business days, please contact us at support@lattegos.store.
