Not in love with your machine? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. The product must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition.

How to start a return

1. Email us at support@lattegos.store with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the product in its original box and drop it off at any Australia Post outlet.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free within Australia. We provide the prepaid label.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Warranty

All machines come with the manufacturer's warranty (typically 2 years). For warranty claims outside the 30-day window, email us and we'll help you liaise with the manufacturer.
